Buying from Us:

         We want you to feel confident and comfortable before purchasing a vehicle from us, it should be a friendly and easy experience. Our knowledgeable staff is here to help you make your decision. Just ask us questions about the vehicle you are interested in. We can send you pictures and / or videos if you are not able to see the vehicle in person. Our sales team will guide you through the entire buying process and help you obtain the vehicle of your dreams. If you do not see the vehicle you want on our website, a sales representative can try to locate the vehicle for you. We will store your information in our system and once the vehicle becomes available we will let you know. Please contact our sales team for more information.


Processing Fee:

         We do have a $350 processing fee that is added to every vehicle transaction. Please contact our sales team for more information.

 

Selling to Us:

         We do buy vehicles from the public, old or new, but it will depend on the Year, Make, Model and Condition of the vehicle. The best way for us to make a decision is to see the vehicle in person, but we can get a pretty good idea from photos as well. Please contact our sales team for more information.

 

Consignment:

         We do take certain vehicles on consignment. It will depend on the Year, Make, Model and Condition of the vehicle. We try to make the consignment process as quick and easy for the customer as possible, but the demand and price set for the vehicle is what will ultimately dictate how quickly it is sold. Trades:

         We do accept trades on certain vehicles, old or new, but it will depend on the Year, Make, Model and Condition of the vehicle. Every trade process is different in its own way. Please contact our sales team for more information.

 

Financing:

         We do not offer in-house financing, however, we work with BB&T Bank who specializes in car financing. With your permission, we will take your information and send it to them. They will take it from there and contact you to further discuss your financing options. Customers seeking classic car financing can apply directly with J.J. Best Banc & Co. or your preferred lender. Please talk to a sales specialist for more information.

 

Insurance:

         Insurance on financed vehicles is necessary. The buyer is responsible for setting up their own insurance.. We recommend asking your current insurance provider for information on coverage and rates. You can work directly with companies like Hagerty, Grundy, American Collectors for classic car insurance. More information can also be found by talking to your local car clubs.

 

Tax & Tags:

         If you are a Virginia resident and the vehicle is staying in the state of Virginia, by law, we will take care of the tax and tags at your expense. You are still responsible for paying for it. If the car is going out of state or out of the country you are responsible for taking care of the tax and tags. Please check with your local DMV for more information.

 


Titling:

         Some states require inspections and emission testing prior to registration being issued. If you are a Virginia resident and the vehicle is staying in the state of Virginia, by law, we will take care of the inspections and emission testing. Please contact our sales team for more information.

 


Shipping a Car:

         We ship cars across the country and worldwide using 3rd party companies to fulfill the services. The buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping and this is an agreement between you and the shipping company; however, we will take care of setting up the shipping arrangements for you. We basically play the middleman. Shipping costs will vary depending on location and shipping type (Open vs Enclosed). We can provide you with a shipping quote at your request. We always recommend shipping in an enclosed carrier for optimum security and protection. Please contact our sales team for more information.

 


Picking Up a Car:

         You are more than welcome to pick your vehicle up from the dealership directly. Please contact our sales team for more information.
